New logo: SuomiTV

Yesterday, August 15, the Finnish TV channel SuomiTV launched a new look. SoumiTV (Soumi meaning "Finland") has had problems attracting viewers and advertisers, and were forced to close down their news department earlier this year. The new look is part of a relaunched schedule, where the main attraction has been the return of Conan O'Brien's talk show to the Finnish airwaves.

The previous identity had been used since the channel launched in 2009, and was created by Addiction London.

The rebrand has been known at least since early June, when the trade website Markkinointi&Mainonta published an article about it.
